If you missed our first class and you still want to join our course, you can any time.
Please go through the following steps before the program:
Sit relaxed on the chair or on the ground.
Take out your shoes.
Try to quiet your mind and pay attention only to the present moment.
Close your eyes for few minutes and inhale, exhale few times.
Keep your hands in your lap, facing upwards.
2. Watch the following video, going through the process Shri Mataji (the founder of Sahaja Yoga) explains. At the end of it, keep your eyes closed for few minutes trying to keep your mind still.
3. This was the experiment of awakening of Kundalini energy, a dormant energy at the base of the spine and inviting it to rise through the 7 centers of energy (chakras). You can test the result, with each hand at a time, above the head. It can be felt as a subtle cold breeze in the center of the palms.
